Have you been praying that God will let you know whether a certain action you want to take is agreeable to His will or not? Let this peace of Christ be your guide. Let it help you settle the issue. If you start to take that action and you realize you don’t have peace about it, don’t do it.

Over the years the Church has come up with all kinds of elaborate ways to evangelize the world. We get together and map out plans and strategies and raise money for it. But through it all, we rarely mention the plan that Jesus gave us.
Most believers don’t even realize that He gave us the key to winning the world, but He did. He prayed about it right before He went to the Cross. He asked the Father to bring us into a place of such oneness with each other and with Him that the world would know that He had been sent from God.

The Love Filter is a principal the Lord has given as a prerequisite to understanding the nature of God, that we may accurately interpret His Word. Love is the first thing we need to know about God. It is the foundation, the first of who and what God is and it is the basis of everything He created. Love is what moves Him to do the lovely things he does and it is His only motivation. Knowing that God is love is of the utmost importance and it is equally significant that we understand what the definition of love is.
